Ongoing Representation - 100.00 Retainer (Non Refundable reservation of future service ) followed by 25.00- 30.00 per hour plus expenses (Most cases)

 

Single communication - 25.00 per hour plus expenses. (Communication will not be completed until paid in full.)

 

Private Mediation- 250.00 Retainer (Non Refundable reservation of service) followed by 45.00 per hour plus expenses. Both parties will be responsible for 50% of final amount due unless otherwise arranged in advance of service.
